Use this time to focus on yourself and turn your attention to your inner life while feeling connected to nature on the pleasant grass. We welcome all men, women and all age ranges including children.

After the yoga session, you will be treated to delicious vegan snacks which Kanae backed. She will introduce you the benefits for applying plant based diet from environment, animal welfare and health aspects along with easy and tasty vegan recipes. There may be an image that vegan seems to be difficult or that there are many restrictions but it's actually not! Let's find an affordable way to apply vegan diet to your daily life together.
